Did you know that violent conflict is habit-forming? And so is peace! Rose Castle Foundation trains current and emerging leaders with the habits they need to interrupt cycles of violence. Our global network is a growing community of over 1300 leaders equipped to reach across divides, build trust, and create peace in their spheres of influence.

Your donation will help us deliver our trainings to emerging leaders on the frontlines of religious, political and social divides, investing in their capacity to build habits of peace and break cycles of violence. The impact of these leaders is amplified as they influence their communities - in 2024 we will continue to respond to their need for training, resources and mentorship.

Sponsor a Reconciler Retreat

This transformative retreat is a master class in the 12 Habits of Reconciliation, equipping up to 25 leaders to navigate contexts of religious, political and community leadership. The setting of Rose Castle, UK, offers a restorative sanctuary for those pioneering visions for peace.

What would you say to those who funded your training?

"Before Rose Castle, I was scared to even try to have a conversation with someone who had a different political or religious viewpoint. But once you learn that if you approach someone with real curiosity about what they’re saying...I really wanted to bring a new form of dialogue to Princeton, especially with people who you assume you are going to disagree with and aren’t able to have a relationship with."
